One Child

The beginning of the book tells you that parts of the book will enrage you and some parts will make your heart cry. Curious to know what exactly this means I continued to read.  As I continued to read, the story continues to to reel me in. It was about a teacher named Torey, who taught at an elementary school but with children with special needs. Nothing she wasn't use to. Except she discovers that this group of children were a little more different. Each one of them had different needs, one little girl was schizophrenic, one was blind, another autistic, However, the book focused on a little girl who appeared to have no apparent disability. Slowly, I found out the real problem with her, this little girl named Sheila.
