One Child

As I continue to read Torey continues to be frustrated with Sheila, how a six year old can be so mischievous, relentless, and no care in the world. Even her pervious teacher would explain what horrible things she would do in school. She would put feces at the bus stops, crumple up work and throw it back to the teacher. I wonder what goes through this little child mind when she does this things. I know she had a rough up bringing but for me personally I would liked to be helped and cared for. She is so used to being abused and neglected that she has blocked herself from everyone

  1. Interesting that, as you read, you're coming up with some of your own behavioral theories just as Torrey does. It's clear that reading this book is making you think, even though it's written fairly simply.

  2. I hope this will not happen to any girls out in real world.
